The Antelope Hunt

After Connor's football game on Thursday night we drove to Little America in Wyoming.  We got there at 10pm.  Mark, Connor and Jake woke up early to go hunting.  We didn't have a lot of time to hunt.  We had to be back for another football game on Saturday morning.  In Wyoming it does not take long to find an antelope.  After they shot this antelope we went swimming, ate a $.50 ice cream cone and had lunch.  It is a fun hunt to do with the family.  We hope we get a chance to do it again next year.  Hopefully, we will have more time to hunt.

Evil "Cael"neaval

Cael rode down this hill at least 20 times.  It is pretty steep and I just tell myself that I am going to be going to the emergency room so that I don't get upset if he gets hurt.  I try to tell him not to do this but as you can see it did not change his mind.  No fear!  He fell and rolled down the hill several times.  He couldn't get enough.

Monster Trout

Mark called me after he caught this thing.  He was hyperventilating and I panicked thinking he was going to tell me that one of the boys had drowned.  This cutthroat stretched from Mark's knee down to the ground. He said you could have put a tennis ball in his mouth.  He was a bit excited and the kids were safely shooting grasshoppers with their bb guns.

Cael's First Day of Preschool 2010

Cael was sooo excited to go to preschool.  He is so loving and caring always giving me a hug and kiss.  I will be sad to see him go to kindergarten next year.  Thank heavens he misses the dead line!  I have one more year with this sweet boy!

Connor's First Grouse

Connor went hunting for his first time carrying his own shot gun.  He shot this grouse first shot!

Mmm more fry sauce!
