I swore I would never can anything. Mark had a salesman that brought salsa into the office... well, needless to say I am a canner now. Next year I think I will try peaches, chicken and more salsa! Mmmmm. 36 pints might last us to December if we are lucky! A special thanks to my friend Kaloni that came over to teach me all that she knows. I couldn't have done it with out her.
